CANCELLATION OF MODEL APPOINTMENTS AND COURSE BOOKINGS
Refunds for model appointment deposits and training course payments will be provided within 14 days of purchase in line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) applicable to Northern Ireland. Outside of this period, no refund will be issued. In extenuating circumstances, we will do our outmost to accommodate a model or delegate with a place on another course, if available.
