Booking Terms and Conditions

A) Array Aesthetics – Appointment Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is fully redeemable against your consultation or treatment with our injectors (laser, dermal fillers and Botox treatments only).

Consultation Fees

Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable with any of our practitioners. A consultation fee covers the time spent assessing your concerns and discussing treatment options, including whether you are a suitable candidate for your preferred treatment or procedure.

Deposits

Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable.
You may request to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited.

B) Array Aesthetics – Treatment Plan Terms & Conditions

By booking and pre-paying for a treatment plan at Array Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment

Full payment is required to secure your treatment plan and appointment schedule at the preferential rate.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify the clinic at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Requests to reschedule made within less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
If we do not receive notification of cancellation or rescheduling (i.e. a no-show), the appointment will be deemed forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, the appointment and any associated payment will be lost. This is to cover costs incurred by the clinic, including staffing and room allocation.

3. No Monetary Refunds

Monetary refunds will not be offered for treatment plans that have been booked and pre-paid.

This includes circumstances where the patient chooses not to proceed, changes their mind, or does not complete the plan in its entirety.

4. Account Credit

Where a treatment plan is not completed, any remaining balance may be issued as account credit at Array Aesthetics.

Account credit may be redeemed against alternative treatments or products at full price, subject to clinical suitability and availability.
Account credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Clinical Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment.

If a treatment is deemed unsuitable for medical reasons, Array will discuss alternative options and may transfer the value to account credit where appropriate.
