Array is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and commercially driven Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing and busy clinic team.

Role: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible days and hours
Weekend Requirement: occasionally
Salary: £36,000 per annum + commission

Role Overview
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will work alongside a team of experienced medical professionals delivering a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments.
The role includes both device-led treatments and injectables, alongside consultations, skincare planning, and ongoing patient management.
You will also play a key role in patient journey development, clinic performance, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
Deliver safe, high-quality treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of clinical care at all times
Perform advanced device-led treatments (including BBL, Halo, Microneedling, Morpheus8 and Ultherapy) with precision and a patient-focused approach
Carry out injectable treatments (including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, polynucleotides and skin boosters) with a strong emphasis on safety, outcomes, and natural results
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, ensuring all recommendations are clinically appropriate and supported by informed consent
Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant patient records, reflecting a high standard of clinical governance
Develop personalised treatment plans and provide tailored skincare advice aligned with each patient’s individual goals and long-term skin health
Work collaboratively with surgeons and the wider clinical team to support the delivery of advanced and invasive procedures
Contribute to the smooth and professional running of the clinic, supporting general nursing duties where required
Patient Experience & Operations
Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced clinic
Manage patient enquiries and support clinic administration
Build strong, long-term patient relationships
Deliver a high standard of care and professionalism at all times
Marketing & Content
Assist in maintaining the clinic’s social media presence
Participate in video content creation
Confidently communicate treatments and outcomes on camera
Patient Care & Practice Contribution

Provide clear, clinically appropriate treatment recommendations, supporting patients in making informed decisions about their care
Develop structured, long-term treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and desired outcomes
Incorporate evidence-based skincare into treatment planning, supporting overall skin health and longevity of results
Contribute to the overall performance of the clinic through high standards of patient care, treatment delivery, and continuity of care
Take ownership of your patient journey, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from consultation through to follow-up
Build and maintain long-term patient relationships based on trust, results, and a considered clinical approach
Essential Criteria
Active NMC registration, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice
A professional, patient-centred approach with the ability to build trust and confidence in a clinical setting
A genuine interest in aesthetics and skin health, with a desire to continuously develop knowledge and skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and guide patients through their care journey
Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail across patient care, documentation, and treatment delivery
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a calm and composed approach
Confident using clinic systems and digital platforms to support patient management and clinic operations
Comfortable contributing to patient education and clinic content, including supporting social media where required
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for personal performance, patient experience, and ongoing development
Comfortable working within a performance-led environment, understanding the importance of delivering both clinical excellence and a high standard of patient care
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic
1+ year injectable experience
Experience in a surgical theatre environment
Independent prescriber qualification (or willingness to train)
Proven track record in retail skincare sales
Experience in consultation conversion and treatment planning
